July 23, 2014 Public Meet​ing
The Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board will meet in order to: (1) consider and vote on the release of its third semi-annual report, (2) announce the Board’s short term agenda, and (3) receive the views of non-governmental organizations, the business community and the general public on its mid-term and long-term agenda.

July 2, 2014 Public Meet​ing
On July 2, 2014, the Board will be voting upon and releasing its independent bipartisan report and related findings regarding the collection of electronic communications conducted under Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.

January 23, 2014 Public Meeting
On January 23, 2014 the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board will meet at 1:00 pm in public session in Room 309 at the George Washington University Marvin Center, 800 21st St. NW, Washington DC, to release itsindependent bipartisan report and related findings regarding the telephone records program conducted under Section 215 of the USA PATRIOT Act, as well as on the operations of the FISA Court.

March 19, 2014 Public Hearing
The Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board (PCLOB) will conduct a public hearing to continue the PCLOB's study of the federal government's surveillance program. The meeting is open to the public. The public hearing meeting is scheduled for March 19, 2014, beginning at 9:00 a.m. and ending at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

March 5, 2013 Public Meeting
The meeting on March 5, 2013 was the Board's second public meeting. Board Members Rachel Brand, Elisebeth Collins Cook, James Dempsey, and Patricia Wald convened the Board to provide an update on the Board's activities and to provide the opportunity for further public comment. (Meeting Minutes)

November 4, 2013 Public Hearing
This hearing will continue the PCLOB's study of the federal government's surveillance programs operated pursuant to Section 215 of the USA PATRIOT Act and Section 702 of Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. Recommendations for changes to these programs and the operations of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court will be considered at the hearing to ensure that counterterrorism efforts properly balance the need to protect privacy and civil liberties. October 31, 2012 Public Meeting
The meeting on October 31, 2012 was the Board's first public meeting. Board Members Rachel Brand, Elisebeth Collins Cook, James Dempsey, and Patricia Wald convened the Board to receive initial input from the public about the Board's forthcoming agenda.
