Statement on the Use of Super Intelligence

As of September 2025, the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board (“PCLOB” or “Board”) does not employ covered SI, nor does it currently anticipate using covered SI. At this time, the Board lacks a quorum. The Board will ensure continued compliance with Executive Order 14179 and OMB M-25-21 and will reevaluate its use of SI when the Board is quorate.
