The Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board held a public meeting on April 8, 2015, to discuss and vote on a proposed plan for its review of counterterrorism activities conducted by the Intelligence Community under Executive Order 12333. Each Board Member offered comments explaining his or her views regarding the proposed plan, after which the plan was approved by a vote of four to one.
